Do you take custom orders?
I am happy to made custom orders of any kind.
Can I change the color or design of an item I find on your website?
Color changes are changeable at no additional cost. I want your sign or decor item to match colors in your house. Making design changes may require an additional charge. Please let me know in advance of any changes you want so we can talk about any additional charges.
How long will my order take?
Our typical production time is 1 1/2 -2 1/2 weeks. I try to keep this on the shorter end. I am a very small business and do not have employees so I try my best to create quality items in a short time frame for you.
What if something is wrong with my sign?
Please contact me as soon as possible if there is an error with your order or if your product arrives damaged. Customized items are not eligible for returns/refunds, however, if something is wrong with your order, I encourage you to reach out and I will come up with a solution to make you happy. You are important to me!
Do you make all of your products?
I make all of my signs and shelf decor. There are some items, such wristlets or tape measures that I source from other small businesses but any wooden item attached to those sourced items is made/engraved by Audball Designs.
Are the signs wood?
Yes! The signs and home decor I make are all wood, so knots and various minor imperfections should be expected. This is what makes your items unique!
Can I put my sign outside?
While I spray my signs with a top coat, we recommend bringing your signs in when stormy/rainy weather is expected. We do not advise that you put your sign in direct weather or sunlight, so as to preserve and protect your custom order!
